The Overview:
The Sixth Floor Museum in Dallas commissioned a complete site redesign and content management system in 2008.

The Site:
With a relatively small museum staff, the website and CMS needed to be easy to maintain, keeping ongoing events, exhibitions, and featured items in the collection updated.  Curators wanted to be able to feature key items in their collection—including the Zapruder film, archival coverage of that fateful November day in Dallas—and add new materials to the online collection.

For this project FarCry, a cold-fusion based CMS, was used.  Editors could control text, upload images, and manage event calendars with the browser-based system.
